Hole 15Par 4Stroke Index 5 White 441 yards Mens 431 yards Ladies 376 yards (SI 2)
SYNOPSISA long and straight forward Par 4 which runs East to West along the bottom of the hillslope between the 10th, 11th, 14th and 17th Holes. The Tee, set back in a clump of trees above the 13th and 14th Green's, looks down on a wide expansive fairway that follows the contours of the hillslope to the Green, and which from the mid-point rises some 30 feet up to the putting surface. This is generous in size, with a distinct slope from back to front, and shrewdly protected by a trio of bunkers set into the embankment front left, and a clump of trees on the right.DANGER POINTSSaplings and bushes down the right-hand side separating the Hole from the 11th. Thick clump of trees on the left protecting the 17th Green, followed by saplings, bushes, and thick rough separating the Hole from the 17th fairway. Fairway bunker top right some 35/40 yards short of the Green. Steep embankment and gully to the rear of the Green.OTHER FEATURESThis Hole is the longest Par 4 on the Course, and plays every yard - especially when a Westerly wind is present. Separate Ladies Tee directly above 14th Green. |
