SYNOPSIS

The third of the five Par 3's, and rated the hardest one of them all. The Hole tracks East to West, and is yet another hole built into the side of the hillslope giving rise to a steep bank on one side and a sharp embankment on the other. The moderately sized Green is generally flat, and the putting surface is well guarded by a large pot bunker front left above the bank, and a large heart shaped bunker front right set into the embankment.

DANGER POINTS

Out of Bounds all the way down the left-hand side of the hole. Two Pot Bunkers, one left and the other right, approximately 25 yards in front of the Green. Trees and scrub bushes on the right-hand side separating the Hole from the 15th.

OTHER FEATURES

A fascinating Par 3 which depending on the conditions can require anything from a Middle Iron to a Wood. Should the Green be missed on either side the resultant recovery shot will need to be extremely well judged - especially on the right where any shot will be totally blind.
